for the sake of puppies

I had been dreaming of making this for so long! It's nice to have it off my plate and into the world.

I built LuluAPI to as a practice in building APIs. A natural byproduct of having a dog is having a million pictures of that dog. It's nice to have a place to put them. Lulu is often in the background of my zoom calls, so I also have a lot of screenshots of her from these calls. The lofi-lulu images have been helpful when prototyping because they're very small images to send over the internet. Sometimes my services block large payloads, so luluapi is a way to test sending images at small sizes.

I want this luluapi to be a resource, a standin for any front end that needs some dummy-images as a standin for dev work. The design of the site exposes the code wherever possible.
